Senior Pastor

Matthew is a second generation Pastor who served for six years in student ministry prior to becoming the associate and most currently, Senior Pastor at New Life Church. He holds a degree in Children’s ministry from Rhema Training Bible College in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, and he and his wife Jennifer, the NextGen Pastor at New Life Church, have been married since 2004 and have two beautiful daughters. Together, they love doing life with people right where they are. Their mission is to create a culture of people who serve others while they grow as a family. NextGen Pastor

Jennifer McKinney, along with her Husband, Matthew, are the Pastors of New Life Church. She holds a degree in Children’s ministry from Rhema Training Bible College in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Jennifer and Pastor Matthew live in Cary, NC with their daughter, Katie. Her mission is to teach, guide, and mentor the next generation, ages 0-18.

Worship Director

Since 2022, Robert Barr has served as the Worship Director of New Life. Originally from Clemmons, NC. He graduated from North Carolina A&T State University with a psychology degree and a minor in marketing.

Social Media & Youth Director

Jya Jackson has been attending New Life Church since 2009. After finishing her intern year at New Life, she became the social media director and took over the youth team under the leadership of Pastor Jennifer. She studies Psychology at Wake Technical Community College.

Children’s Director

Laura Saunders has been attending New Life since 2015 with her husband, Rodney, and her two children, Matthew and Rachel. She holds a degree in Art Marketing from the University of North Georgia. Laura began serving in the Children’s Department in 2019, and became the Children’s Director in 2022. She has a passion for the Word of God and for teaching and sharing that passion with the children.

Founding Pastor

Pastor Mark was the founding pastor of New Life Church. He was passionate about teaching people the Word and helping them grow deeper in their personal relationship with God. He co-pastored New Life Church with his wife, Dee McKinney, for 22 years, beginning in September 1998. Pastor Mark enjoyed watching Oklahoma State football and working in his garden.

Pastor Dee is the founding and senior pastor of New Life Church. She has co-pastored with her husband, Mark McKinney for 22 years since they planted New Life Church in September 1998. She passionately ministers to individuals of all ages, encouraging them to seek the Lord and achieve their destiny and purpose in life. Pastor Dee has retired and returned to Oklahoma, but you can still connect with her on YouTube @pastordmckinney.
